The Right of Withdrawal. Every consumer has the right to change their mind about a purchase they have made at a distance.

In detail, for a return to be possible, the following must be met:
- the product to be returned must be in the condition it was received and in any case must not have been used.
- All documents that accompanied the products must be included with the products (e.g. retail sales receipt, invoice and shipping note).
If the aforementioned conditions are met, the product will be returned by you at your own expense.
On the contrary, if the return/replacement is due to a proven defect in the product, the shipping costs of the new product are borne by our company.

How to prepare your baby's imprint for the frame:
- Knead the clay for about a minute.
- Form a ball and then shape it into a circle.
- The thickness of the clay should be about 0.5 cm.
- Place the baby's foot or hand.
- Press gently.
- Carefully remove the baby's foot or hand.
- Let the clay dry for 48 hours.
- Stick the double-sided tape on the white surface.
- Press the piece of clay with the imprint onto the tape
