The Right of Withdrawal. Every consumer has the right to change their mind about a purchase they have made at a distance.

Withdrawal applies to transactions in all EU countries, which are carried out via the Internet, by email, by fax, by telephone and for transactions made outside commercial stores.

Specifically, the consumer has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to withdraw and return the product to its original condition.

For its part, the online store must change the product within 14 calendar days from the day on which it was informed of the withdrawal.

Note that a standardized pan-European withdrawal form is provided for this procedure. This form must either be available on the online store's website or accompany the product upon delivery.

For your convenience, we would like to encourage you to study the legislative framework governing e-business Law 2251/1994 https://www.kodiko.gr/nomologia/document_navigation/217614/nomos-2251-1994

In detail, for a return to be possible, the following must be met:

- the product to be returned must be in the condition it was received and in any case must not have been used.

- All documents that accompanied the products must be included with the products (e.g. retail sales receipt, invoice and shipping note).

If the aforementioned conditions are met, the product will be returned by you at your own expense.

On the contrary, if the return/replacement is due to a proven defect in the product, the shipping costs of the new product are borne by our company.

Description

Every mother dreams of a room that embraces her baby with warmth and inspires their first dreams. The Rattan Hot Air Balloon Light by BIMBIDREAMS is exactly that: a piece of decor that goes beyond a simple lamp and becomes a gateway to imagination!

Why You'll Fall in Love With It:

1. The Magic of Natural Rattan

Handcrafted from 100% natural Rattan (wicker), this light offers a feeling of serenity and natural beauty. The warm, light-coloured material blends perfectly with modern trends like Boho and Scandinavian styles, creating a room straight out of a fairy tale.

2. Warm Light for Sweet Dreams

The intricate, woven pattern of the main body serves as a unique lampshade. When lit, the light diffuses gently, avoiding harsh glares. It creates the ideal ambiance for bedtime stories, afternoon naps, or simply for quiet cuddles.

3. A Decoration that "Takes Flight"

Designed in the impressive shape of a hot air balloon, complete with a realistic hanging basket, the light gives the feeling that the room is ready to take off! It is the perfect statement piece that will catch every eye and encourage your child's very first stories. With a total height of $96 cm$ , it fills the space with presence and character.

4. The BIMBIDREAMS Guarantee

By choosing BIMBIDREAMS, you are choosing quality and reliability in baby essentials. Every piece is designed with safety and durability in mind, to last as your child grows.

Give your little one's dreams a ticket to ride... up high! The Rattan Hot Air Balloon by BIMBIDREAMS is ready to begin the journey.
