The Right of Withdrawal. Every consumer has the right to change their mind about a purchase they have made at a distance.
Withdrawal applies to transactions in all EU countries, which are carried out via the Internet, by email, by fax, by telephone and for transactions made outside commercial stores.
Specifically, the consumer has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to withdraw and return the product to its original condition.
For its part, the online store must change the product within 14 calendar days from the day on which it was informed of the withdrawal.
Note that a standardized pan-European withdrawal form is provided for this procedure. This form must either be available on the online store's website or accompany the product upon delivery.

In detail, for a return to be possible, the following must be met:
- the product to be returned must be in the condition it was received and in any case must not have been used.
- All documents that accompanied the products must be included with the products (e.g. retail sales receipt, invoice and shipping note).
If the aforementioned conditions are met, the product will be returned by you at your own expense.
On the contrary, if the return/replacement is due to a proven defect in the product, the shipping costs of the new product are borne by our company.

The Monnëka safety vest features a strap with a safety closure to be placed between the legs, so that the vest does not slip over the head when diving into the water or during swimming.
The strap is lined with durable synthetic material (neoprene) to prevent chafing between the legs, with extra padding in the armpit area to prevent chafing on children's sensitive skin. The vest consists of 8 pieces, each with buoyancy materials. These pieces can be removed and reattached to the vest, giving your little one the opportunity to learn to swim on their own safely.
It is recommended to choose the appropriate size for your little one, based on the child's chest circumference. Use as a protective vest, not as a life jacket.
